Attestation

After Hedera finalizes the lock, guardians sign a VAA. The VAA names the amount and the Solana recipient. Solana checks the guardian set and credits wHBAR at the same count.

• HBAR is in the Hedera lock.
• Guardians sign the VAA.
• Solana checks the guardian set.
• wHBAR is credited to the session address, one for one.

Payload

The VAA is the record between the lock and the credit. It carries the Hedera transaction, the amount, and the Solana address from the Reown session.

The return uses the same network. A Solana burn is the payload. Hedera pays the matching HBAR once that payload is accepted.

Message cost

A bridge or a release also pays Wormhole for the message. That charge sits apart from the 1% levy.

The bridge program is offline in this interface, so the bridge screen does not broadcast.
